Took my grown up sons for a rare weekday lunch & one suggested Hall Farm ( we have visited a few times previously). The staff are always very welcoming, professional and helpful. The venue is light & airy and well ventilated. The ploughman’s is a great choice ( I took half home as there was so much food) & my sons enjoyed fish & chips and the club sandwich special. Great food and a great experience. Can’t wait to return.
Definitely one of the best farm shops in the region. They have a huge range of fruit and veg, and their cakes are delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the place if I tried.
First time visiting today and I'll be back again very soon. The best breakfast ive hhad for a long long time. Staff were lovely and welcoming and very helpful. Fabulous cafe. 5 star all round
We just dropped in for a casual lunch and were served on of the most tasty
meals we have had in a restaurant for a very long time. The staff were very friendly and with smiles all round - what a change from some establishments!
We recommend anyone to visit this friendly place to have some very good service.
Drove down from near Wembley for lunch with my partner.
Food was very good very tentative staff hot drinks and food very fresh .
Shame it was a wet day would have been nice to sit outside maybe next time.
My partner loved her first visit.
Celebrated my nephews 2nd birthday party... table of 12 mixture of all ages. Food was lovely some children opted for sandwiches others Sunday lunch, all were catered for. All food was excellent, service was friendly and professional. Would recommend to all.... Thank you!
Lovely venue, super food, great staff, excellent farm animals and nature trail. Just one thing that disappointed my daughter and I was that we were unable to give our 10 month old baby his own food unless it was in a jar/pouch and had to buy a child's meal and most of it ended up on the floor so be warned if you are taking a very young child.
We loved Hall Farm.Called in for morning tea & coffee and amazing cheese & butter. Lovely setting & staff. All the menus looked very tempting. We had a perusal of the shop & grounds & animals. cheese scone served with little glass pots of piccalilli, cream Loved the chickens & guinea fowl strutting their free roam stuff. Had our day out & returned to shop at near to closing (shop still busy) with cool bag filled. That last chicken kiev def had my name on it! My friend & I highly recommend.
Had a lovely lunch today with my grandson . There were six of us and the place was packed the food was amazing , service was brillant and staff were very friendly and helpful. My five yr old grandson said please could someone brush the donkey 😂. He loved the animals especially the lambs . Thankyou very much .
I was diagnosed with intolerances to wheat, cow dairy and mono sodium glutimate in February and I have really struggled to find places which cater for this combination of intolerances when I eat out.
However, Hall Farm Cafe were marvellous. I went there in March with my family for a cooked lunch around my 60th birthday. I contacted them beforehand and they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and there would be several choices for me for each course.
When we arrived, I was given my own separately prepared menu with several options for each course as promised. The waitress was also happy to answer any queries I had and the food was presented well and delicious. For the first time I felt like I could enjoy eating out without feeling like a freak and to be honest this has been my most positive experience of eating out since.
Everyone else enjoyed their food too and we'll definitely be back!
